As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it. This is why it says: “When he ascended on high, he took many captives and gave gifts to his people.”
Ephesians 4:1-8 NIV
As I was looking at this passage. Few action words came to me in highlights as Paul is trying hard to persuade or urge us. They are live (walk) a life, be completely, be patient, bearing one another, make every efforts. These action words are followed by words for us to consider and keep to our hearts and act towards others, they are Humility, gentleness, patient, peace, unity and Love. Why? Because God has called us in His family we have one Father, One body, one Spirit, one baptism, one Lord, one faith, one hope. He is in all over all and through all. Hence, we will shed all our differences and forgive each other and make every efforts to bond and grow in strong relationships. Love you all my dear Church. Have a blessed morning. Thanks.
