But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it. This is why it says: “When he ascended on high, he took many captives and gave gifts to his people.” So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
Ephesians 4:7-8, 11-13 NIV
Jesus Christ the Son of God who is the head of the Church and we are the members United in the body of Christ.
In order to be One and Equip the Church and to Grow the members in the Church to Maturity Christ gives grace to all as He wills.
This is why he ascended on high and he led us and gave gifts to men.
We see here five gifts are given. some to be
👉Apostles
👉Prophets
👉evangelist
👉Pastors and
👉Teachers.
These gifts are among men in the Church, to prepare means to help, train, teach, equip, correct, discipline, encourage, to love, care and direct
👉 God’s people for works of service.
👉 Become Mature
👉 Attain whole measure of fullness of Christ.
By this way the Body of Christ is built, we attain unity in faith and we grow in the knowledge of Christ the Son of God.
