Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Colossians 3:15-17 NIV
👉For the Kingdom of God is not the matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. The day we receive Christ in our hearts, Hoy Spirit comes and lives in our heart.
👉Jesus said peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
👉Given this promise by Jesus and called to peace by virtue of being a part of the body it is our responsibility to be at peace with one another.
👉Be thankful for the Holy Spirit and its peace in our midst, be thankful for the fellowship with one another in the body of Christ. Be thankful for the word of God and ministry and the jobs that we do.
👉Be thankful for the community of believers that we are in. Let the words of Jesus remain in our hearts so that we can be instrumental in teaching, sharpening each other, and encourage each other in the Lord with all God given wisdom.
👉Sing songs to God even as we fellowship with one another. Also, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do whether in words or deeds, do it for glory of God.
👉Therefore, let us grow in the word of God and be filled in the Holy Spirit and seek peace always and increase the time in fellowship with one another as in the days of Acts or the early Church. Sing hymns joyfully to God the Father in Christ Jesus.
This is the way one could live a quality life on this Earth.
Have a great day.
