Leadership lessons from Nehemiah continues…

when we read the chapter nine it is evident that people have understood the plight they where in, because the leader had presented the past data and the deep root cause analysis for there oppressions/failures. And how God on every time on people’s cry helped and delivered them with great compassion. The result of analysis showed that the root cause was primarily due to Rebellion, disobedience to the authorities and lack of submission to the commandments or law. In short they dishonoured God who is above all. And in the past the people of Israel have done this mistake many times. The analysis proved it and hence there was a call for repentance and turning back to God once again. And in unison the people turned to God and called on Him. They experienced the kindness of gracious God in their midst.
