Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” Then all the people went away to eat and drink, to send portions of food and to celebrate with great joy, because they now understood the words that had been made known to them.
Nehemiah 8:10, 12 NIV
👉Before reinstalling the people in their own City after many years of captivity in a different far off land Nehemiah heard from God. The important thing in leadership is hearing from God before action. Here the foremost work was rebuilding the ruined wall, which was achieved in 52 days.
👉Now the time for resettlement of returned people from the captivity.
👉In a large city of Jerusalem the houses had not yet been rebuilt. Nehemiah of the direction from God assembled all key people and the general people and made an order by finding the genealogy and kept them together as a family. Neh 7:4-73
👉32nd Lesson A good leader gathers people and gives them the recognition and creates an atmosphere of belongingness. Neh. 7:4-5
👉33rd lesson Nehemiah/Ezra Gathered all people read the word of God and instructed them, they made the word clear by giving the meaning so that the people could understand what was being read.

👉34th Nehemiah continued to encourage the people celebrated the feast of Tabernacle, which was long forgotten during the days of captivity. Nehemiah said do not grieve for the joy of the LORD is your strength. The leaders instruction was clear and motivating. Because he was showing a future full of hopes and certainty. Neh 8: 10
👉35th A leader have to instruct with clarity and make the word of God sync into the people by explaining and make them understand the word so that the people do as it is said in obedience.
