Therefore, you Israelites, I will judge each of you according to your own ways, declares the Sovereign Lord . Repent! Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall. Rid yourselves of all the offenses you have committed, and get a new heart and a new spirit. Why will you die, people of Israel? Today is the day of Atonement. Very holy day for Jews in Israel. The feast of Yom Kippur.
It comes once a year for Jews. However, for we as Christians have to repent and ask forgiveness every day for our short falls, once we do that we have to trust God for him to work in us to change us.
