Continued….. From the book of Nehemiah.
👉23rd plug the holes and the leakage area or vulnerable places or processes in the system by having more stringent checks and balances so that your envisaged risk is no more a risk. Fool proof the area of failures. Foremost Trust God. Neh. 4:13-14
👉24th working with out a plan and strategy will be a tragedy particularly when the enemy is more active and out there to stop the vision or project from completion. So, reduce the risk further of failure you will have to have two sets of people one set looking outward having all the tools defending from enemy coming inroads and attacking from behind. Another set supervising the actual workers in rebuilding the wall. This will have to be worked within the optimum resources available including the manpower. Neh. 4:16
👉25th Motivate people to work with maximum output at the same time have proper checks and balances, and able to do multitasking. Neh. 4: 17.
👉26th be alert and attentive to any warning signals, pause the work and gather the info and have a plan to defend and if need be trouble shoot. Remember you have to do it in a team. Neh. 4:19
👉27th Sacrificially do charity out of reverence for God and devote fully towards the vision. Neh. 5:15-16.
👉28th Identify the distraction and do not get attracted to it and get distracted. Your project is now about to complete and coming to fruition and should not halt for any reason. Neh. 6:3-8
👉29th Remember the enemy is active through out your vision and project. The enemy who intimidates you, distracts you, hurls attacks on you, discourages, even he comes to kill you. Be bold and pray to God to strengthen your hands. Neh 6:9b.
👉30th do not be quick to celebrate on completion, review and put in-charge of the accomplishment, find a men of integrity and who feared God the most. Neh. 7:1-2
👉31st Clear instructions have to be passed on to the people appointed to carry on further functionality of the project or the Vision..
